Our story

Ebra Developments began in 2020 when founder Ebrahim Aria saw a better way to do real estate: one grounded in fairness and genuine human connection.

He noticed that many landowners in his home community of Toowoomba, particularly older residents, had valuable land but faced difficult and expensive sales processes. With long marketing campaigns and high commissions, selling through traditional channels often felt overwhelming.

Ebrahim created Ebra Developments to make selling simpler and more transparent. By offering direct private property sales, landowners can work with a trusted local developer who values their property and their time.
