Project:
Wyralla Road, Epping
Most builders would not have attempted to put an addition on this heritage property. The first floor addition was not only designed to comply but won a Commendation in the 2005 Parramatta Heritage Awards. This roof looks as though it is part of the original design and incorporates a main bedroom, study, store/library, walk-in-robe and ensuite, all with design features to suit era of the house.

Project:
Wingadee Street, Lane Cove
The look of the era of the house was maintained from the road and the rear of the home was opened up to make the most of family living. At ground level a family/living room and kitchen area were constructed with vaulted ceilings & lots of glass. A laundry and shower room completed the area. Upstairs is a bedroom, study and ensuite, all with vaulted ceilings.

Project:
Mudies Road, St Ives
This 30 year old brick veneer project home did not meet the current lifestyle of the present owners. The resale value of the property was virtually land cost. The client considered knocking down the home and rebuilding but eventually decided to extend to obtain the extra accomodation required and give the home an upmarket appeal. Both these objectives were achieved and the revaluation exceeded all costs incurred.

Project:
Peter Parade, Old Toongabbie
This
triple fronted fibro house was transformed into an imposing colonial
residence. The existing house was reclad and decks added front
and rear. The existing Bedroom/Study was converted into a Family
Room which looks out to the pool area. Upstairs we added 3 bedrooms,
separate toilet, spa bathroom and a deck off the main bedroom
overlooking the pool and garden.

Project:
Speers Road, North Rocks A
first floor addition with cladding specially milled to match existing
and the whole roof retiled. This resulted in a complete make-over
with old world charm and a change of lifestyle for the family. The
home now has 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a playroom, study, large
lounge, family room with access to garden, a striking entry hall
and plenty of storage space.

Project:
Sallaway Place, West Pennant Hills The
clients had definite ideas regarding their addition over the garage.
It must match the original house in design and aesthetics. The garage
and ducted air conditioning must remain operational. The garage
ceiling must remain. Existing foundations could not support a full
brick addition so a metal tracked slim brick overcame the weight
problem. The inclusion of quality brass inlaid timber flooring and
a 5 star ensuite complete this excellent addition.

Project:
Mars Street, Gladesville The
existing California style bungalow had a 1950's style kitchen with
badly designed family and laundry rooms. A new modern kitchen, family,
laundry and a timber deck were all added to the ground floor. The
first floor extension comprised of a parent's retreat with a large
bedroom incorporating raked ceilings and 2 dormer windows, a walk-in-robe,
ensuite and tiled balcony with roof over.

Lilian Road, Annangrove
Resort
style living in your own home. This ground floor addition
includes bar area, games room, shower room, sauna, entertaining
area, total garden landscaping, new boundary wall, airconditioning,
security system, etc. The original home was award winning
and the owners wanted to keep the same high standard so a
seamless blend was essential. This, they feel, we achieved.

Project:
Champion Road, Tennyson
A
covered tiled balcony and bay window give this home a feeling of
grandeur. Ground floor additions include a formal dining area and
rumpus with windows placed to catch northerly sunlight. First floor
addition included shower room, 2 bedrooms with built-in-robes, and
main bedroom with elegant balcony, walk-in and built-in-robes and
ensuite with laundry chute. Ducted airconditioning was included
to both levels and the whole house painted in accordance with modern
trends.

Project:
Keeler Street, Carlingford
The
clients loved the area but the house lacked street appeal and was
not big enough. Upstairs we added 4 bedrooms, all with built-in-wardrobes,
and a large spa bathroom. The front main bedroom had a bay window
and a deck off to the side with a bullnosed roof. Three years later
these clients came back to us for another addition to the rear. This
time we added a hugh rumpus room, a 2 1/2 car garage, shower room,
laundry and another deck.
